Do You Have A New Years Resolution To Get Healthy and Lose Weight?

New Years Happy New Years Day! If you have a New Years resolution to lose weight, and get healthy you’re not alone. Losing weight is one of the most popular resolutions people make every year on New Years day.

How can you make your resolution a reality? Take it one small baby step at a time. Set small goals and work your way toward them.

Don’t set crazy goals to lose large amounts of weight, or totally overhaul your lifestyle. You’ll rebel! Set small goals, and set up small healthy changes in your life to work toward those goals. You’ll have a far greater chance of succeeding.

My resolution is to move more. I goal is to move 20-30 minutes a day at least 5 days a week. I’m already very close to that goal, so it’s not a major change.

My diet resolution is to eat more natural and filling foods, versus processed foods in 2009 to help me achieve my weight loss goals.
